Originally gave 3 stars but now have to give 5. After I contacted this company with my issues they were relentlessly helpful and nice. Customer service was off the charts. I had an issue with my lid and without asking they sent me one. The issue I was having much have an anomaly because I have no issues with my new lid and spring. This bottle mixes up a thick shake completely where every other one leaves clumps. If you want a good shaker, this is for you.
I received an email after my order asking for feedback if I found anything wrong. With that in mind I noticed things the first time I used it but waited and used the shaker bottle a few more times.
First, the opening on top of the lid will break soon. Every bottle I have used, I was able to place my hand on top and spin. If I do this here, the……”thing” that flips up will pop off. That’s just something I can get used to.
Second, the cup does not have numbers. I am 30 and being working out and using cups like this for 20 years. I can’t remember ever having one that doesn’t have the measurements. I don’t like that at all. If I would have known that, would have never purchased it.
Third, the device inside to help mix the shake up, won’t stay in place. At first I thought it was me putting it in wrong or it locks into place. But that doesn’t happen. Every time I shake it, the spring end up sideways not doing as great of a job as it could.
But I will say the spring inside mixes up the shake so well I can live with it. I have had cups with a screen near the top and a ball. I would still have clumps a lot of the time. But that does not happen with this.

I got the delivery by the promised date. The confirmation of order via phone and tracking number is amazing, it would be great if you can contact via phone immediately after a customer places the order. That would definitely be a 5 star.
