You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which the Site may suffer) of any such breach. Your GreyMart.pk Account & Guest Checkout

Users may register an account or complete purchases via guest checkout. We will use the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. During the registration or checkout process, you agree to receive essential order confirmations, WhatsApp dispatch notices, SMS notifications, and promotional updates. You can opt-out of promotional communications at any time by contacting our support team.

You are responsible for

  • Providing current, complete, and accurate information (Full Name, active WhatsApp/phone number, and exact physical delivery address) at the time of checkout.
  • Ensuring that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the parcel and make payment.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and order ID.
  • Using your account for personal and lawful individual purchases only.

Prohibited Uses of Our Site

To protect our Site and legitimate shoppers, we apply rules to ensure every GreyMart user enjoys a safe and seamless shopping experience. We reserve the right to restrict access or cancel orders for violating prohibited uses, including:

  • Accessing or attempting to access the Site through automated scripts, bots, or web scrapers.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our servers, database, or checkout network.
  • Submitting fictitious orders, fake telephone numbers, or unverified courier addresses.
  • Duplicating, reproducing, copying, or reselling website assets or product information for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Prices / Base Currency

All prices and charges on GreyMart are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices include all standard applicable store taxes.

Changing of Prices

Site prices are subject to modification at any time due to stock updates, flash sales, launching prices, or currency adjustments. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, the price quoted at checkout remains locked and guaranteed for the customer.

Typographical Errors

We strive for 100% accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images. However, in the rare event an item is listed with an incorrect price or typographical error due to technical glitches, GreyMart reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders placed for that item and promptly update the information.

Orders / Placing an Order

Placing an order is done directly through our secure online checkout. We strongly advise customers to verify their contact number and complete house/street address prior to confirming their order. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by unreachable phone numbers or incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are queued for same-day dispatch. Nationwide delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days across major Pakistani cities and regional districts.

Order Acceptance & Open Parcel Policy

Your receipt of an automated order confirmation does not signify final acceptance. GreyMart reserves the right to contact the customer via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm order details before parcel dispatch.

Open Parcel Before Payment: We provide full transparency—customers are welcome to open and verify their parcel in front of the courier delivery rider to confirm product accuracy before handing over Cash on Delivery.

Order Acknowledgement & Live Tracking

Once dispatched, customers receive an automated SMS or WhatsApp update containing their courier tracking number. Orders can be tracked 24/7 via our integrated live tracking portal at ConfirmFlow Order Tracking.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request free cancellation of their order at any time before the parcel has been picked up by the courier. Once dispatched, orders must be handled through our standard Return & Refund procedure.

Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods across Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash in hand directly to the delivery rider upon receiving your parcel.
  • Online Payments (Get 10% Off): Pay online via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Direct Bank Transfer, or Debit/Credit Card and enjoy an instant 10% discount on checkout.

Governing Law
